BoomVox lets users listen to music, create stations, personalize music experiences, and access generated or curated audio experiences based on station settings, preferences, and plan features.

2. Accounts

You may need an account to use certain BoomVox features. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and secure.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact us immediately.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

BoomVox may offer paid subscriptions, including Premium and Pro plans. Subscription pricing, features, billing frequency, and renewal terms will be shown before purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the platform where you purchased it, such as the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or BoomVox website, depending on availability.

Refunds are handled according to the policies of the payment provider or app store used for the purchase.

You agree not to misuse BoomVox. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the service
• Using BoomVox to create, upload, or distribute unlawful, abusive, hateful, or infringing content
• Interfering with the security, performance, or availability of the service
• Using automated systems to abuse, scrape, or overload BoomVox
• Misrepresenting your identity or ownership of content

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Generated Music and Content

BoomVox may generate or curate music based on your stations, preferences, likes, skips, moods, tags, prompts, and other inputs.

Generated music may be similar in style, mood, genre, structure, or theme to other music generated by BoomVox or third-party systems. BoomVox does not guarantee that generated music will be unique, exclusive, copyrightable, or suitable for any particular commercial use.

You are responsible for how you use any music, lyrics, artwork, prompts, station descriptions, or other content created through BoomVox.

6. Ownership and Rights

BoomVox and its software, branding, design, systems, features, and technology are owned by BoomVox or its licensors.

You retain ownership of content you submit to BoomVox, such as prompts, station names, preferences, and feedback, where applicable. By using BoomVox, you grant us permission to use your inputs and activity to provide, operate, improve, personalize, and secure the service.

The rights associated with generated music may depend on your plan, usage, third-party providers, and applicable law. BoomVox may provide additional licensing terms for generated content in the future.

7. Ads

Free plans may include advertising, including audio ads or other sponsored content. Paid plans may reduce or remove ads depending on the plan selected.

8. Service Availability

BoomVox may change, pause, limit, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or platform.

10. Termination
